REFUND  POLICY

At Noblerose.co, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Please be aware that purchases of E-Gift Cards are considered final and cannot be returned or refunded.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must remain in its original packaging, unopened, and unused, and in the same condition it was received.

 

To begin the return process, please contact us at help@noblerosehome.com. You will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred when returning items, and these costs are non-refundable.

 

We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot ensure the reception of your returned item. Once your return is received and evaluated, we will send you an email to inform you of the approval or denial of your refund.

 

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Additionally, orders that are returned as undeliverable by the carriers will be refunded automatically (excluding shipping fees) back to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt and we will provide a replacement. We may request photos of the damaged item to help us improve our quality control processes.
